Even though this is a music video , we were shown this in class for inspiration. This music video was very popular in the 1980's. The video involves stop animation which in most peoples lives , looks old and dated due to the lack of advanced technologies at the time. This music video still proves amazing outcomes can be made.
The music video is incredibly appealing due to its funky and abstract vibes, which throughout makes it amusing for the audience to watch. The video also uses imagery to show the lyrics in a different form while the song is being lip sunced.
This piece was useful to look at as it still gives me some inspiration and research ideas of my own. The stop animation is a very skillful thing to do, especially with constant close up shots to show all the possible expressions to get the sequence spot on.
