Filming our main scene

At 11 o'clock on sunday morning, I met up with all of the actors committing to be in our film in Ottery St. Mary and we all travelled up to East Hill where our filming would take place. Once we all arrived up there , we met up with Robert (my filming partner) and started to explain the plan/script out to the other actors and prepared the set with props positioning etc.

From 11:00am - 2:00pm , we filmed our interrogation scene which went very well and great quality footage was captured by Robert and myself. The actors did what they were told and the props were used effectively.

Shortly after, our car chase crew arrived (Oliver and Ellis) in their two Ford Fiestas at 2:00pm which were driving through East Hill while Robert and I were recording different camera shots of them till 4:00pm.

At 4:00pm, everyone was starting to get very cold and the day was getting dark so we decided to call it a day and finish. This also was because our main Canon DSLR cameras batteries were both dead and the memory card became full.

Overall the day of filming went very well and we obtained some very good footage. However , we cant tell how well it went until we review all of the footage we've got on the macs back in the classroom. When we do this, we will then be able to make a decision if we need to re-shoot any certain scenes. From my point of view, I feel that we will probably need to reshoot  a lot of the car chase scene as I felt that we didn't get enough footage or a variety of shots.
